• Driving the data architecture strategy and data platform design in collaboration with the solution owners and business stakeholders
• Defining data architecture patterns to guide the data system framework, incorporating performance, security, data integrity, and end-user experience
• Designing & leading the implementation of data projects across multiple domains: data warehousing, advanced analytics, data centre migration, large-scale integration
• Implementing Data Governance processes and tools to identify and resolve problems in data quality and raise user trust in data
• Effectively utilising cloud-scale data services across multiple major cloud vendors
• Collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to plan and execute the data strategy
• Ensuring design is consistent and relevant to meet the standards and direction of design teams and architectural design authority
• Working with cross-program and platform teams to drive design decisions and develop solutions

• Understand commercial drivers that impact project solutions
