Your new gig...

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Client Director to join intelia located in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices. You will be working with our unique and industry leading technology partner ecosystem – Google Cloud, c3.ai, Databricks, Confluent, Collibra, Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake and Tamr – to deliver innovative technology solutions to our customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, creating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts and working with our customers to build long-term strategic partnerships.

Leveraging your experience in strategic enterprise sales you will thrive in identifying joint business opportunities aligned to our partner ecosystem, increasing customer value and driving revenue growth in our market.

If you are up for the challenge, you’ll be:

  • Leading new business growth for intelia across Australia.
  • Driving awareness of the intelia brand across chosen industries and markets.
  • Working with technical staff and other colleagues to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Successful in selling partner ecosystem technology in the Data/Cloud domain.
  • The first point of contact for new business, working to foster and nurture relationships into long standing partnerships.
  • Assisting our existing and prospective clients to understand our approach and advising on innovative data strategies.
  • Forecasting, responsible for sales process compliance, and opportunity pursuit sales activity.
  • Identifying and engaging with the practices to qualify sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for optimising growth from the named account/territory over the budgeting cycle across all practices.
  • Developing and maintaining a Business Plan in agreed markets.
  • Building out Account Plans with a Solutions Lead strategy that includes licence and product selling.

  • Knowledge and experience in the data, cloud, intelligent automation, or tech industry – don’t worry, you don’t need to be a subject matter expert… we have consultants who are!
  • Proven track record on new business generation managing large scale enterprise accounts.
  • Results orientated with proven local success in our market.
  • Passion to exceed your targets.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Understanding of managed services, professional services and licence/product sales.
