• Clarifying scope and soliciting requirements from identified business and technical stakeholders
• Gathering, analysing and documenting requirement hierarchy from high-level through detailed functional and non-functional business requirements
• Developing the corresponding functional specifications, comprising of use cases, user interface designs and data attributes
• Acting as a conduit between business functions, technology, and support teams
• Understanding technical designs and related technical specifications
• Performing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Developing strong business cases for desired improvements
• Facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders, and perform walkthroughs with project team members
• Managing and understanding stakeholder interests, ensuring that everyone has a solid understanding of the proposed solution
• Conducting workflow and gap analysis
• Delivering on projects using varying methodologies, agile to waterfall, including managing associated stage gate processes.
